Affordable Housing on the Waterfront

I am very pleased that my proposition to support first-time buyers on the Waterfront, and ensure a 15% provision for downsizing was agreed unanimously (44 -0) by the States. I am grateful to the Housing Minister for his support and a very constructive amendment from the Council of Ministers. Only one part of the puzzle, but an important step forward and a positive message to send to our talented young people. Here is the link to the Report and Proposition:
